Security Policy
After a service contract or account is terminated, when do you delete the data in the tenant?
Our Data Retention Policy Upon Account Termination is as per the UK GDPR guidelines.
All data remains archived in perpetuity unless a specific request is made to delete it from our production servers. We will ensure that personal data is deleted upon request, subject to back-ups being maintained as per current laws. A record of deletions is also maintained in the event of a requirement to restore data from the back-up.
Do you log end-user activities?
Yes, we have support for User Activity Logging.
All system access is tracked and stored in logs.
Do you log administrative activities?
Yes, we have support for Admin Audit Logging.
As part of their contracted terms of employment, all personnel sign a confidentiality clause and have regular and robust training procedures to ensure data protection awareness and compliance.
What are the WAF detection modes being used by the provider?
Our application runs a Web Application Firewall (WAF).
Our web servers (Apache HTTPD, Nginx and Litespeed) employs ModSecurity.
cPanel & WHM includes many features that help web hosts and site administrators to repel bad bots, including the ModSecurity web application firewall (WAF).
Are you listed in the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) listing of Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) certified providers?
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is a United States regulatory regime to restrict and control the export of defense and military related technologies to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives.
As a UK-based provider, our Services are not listed in the ITAR List.
