I want to add on an additional directory called members is this something i do through you?
No, you can add a directory using your FTP client, in the same way you would upload a file, or you can usually right click and select "make a directory" or similar.
The other way is to use cPanel, simply login, add a subdomain which will add a directory.
Folders are nothing to do with your domain name, its based souly on the file stucture of the server.
