We feel that transparency is more important now than it has ever been.
With concerns of mass surveillance and traffic monitoring, we wanted to be absolutely clear with you, our customers on our position.
We do not have black boxes or covert traffic monitoring on our systems.
We have an obligation to fully cooperate with the law and any reasonable requests they may have.
However, should the law require us to add such black boxes, we would resist it.
If we were unsuccessful in our resistance, we may not even be allowed to change this statement. However, we are happy to answer questions on this matter.
If we decline to comment, then you may need to draw your own conclusions.
If we are forced to make any changes that may compromise your basic human right to privacy, we will aim to circumvent this.
